We rent several rooms.

Alle rooms are rented under the dutch "hospita" regulation.

 We rent 3 types of rooms:

 

 1. Rooms with shared facilities:

These rooms are on average about 15m2 in size. (Excluding shared spaces!). The shared facilities are: kitchen, toilet and shower. They are located on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor.

 

2. Rooms with private facilities:  

The rooms with private facilities are a bit larger. These are on average about 26 m2 in size. The private facilities are toilet and shower. They are located on the ground floor, 1st and 4th floor.

 

3. Luxurious rooms with private facilities:

The luxurious rooms with their own facilities are even larger. These are on average 34m2 in size. The private amenities are toilet and shower. These rooms can be rented by 1 or 2 people and are located on the ground floor, 1st and 4th floor.

 

The kitchen is always shared.

It has a personal kitchen cabinet, wasmachine, dryer, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.

 

 

Rooms will be rented furnished. The rent starts at € 450,00. (excl. servicefee).

 

You can (no right!) also use  our:

• Bicycle parking
• Terras
• Lounge

Location:

The location is Rotterdam Feijenoord, only a few minuts form the City and the "Kop van Zuid".

 

Near to the University and several High Schools of Rotterdam. There is also a direct train connection to TU Delft. In 50 minutes (double walk included) you arrive at the TU! . 

  

Fees en services:

Additional:

• Servicefee (gas, water, electricity, internet, tax, etc.): 120,00 per month (Fixed or not-fixed depending on the contract).

Optional:

• Furnishing (bed, cupboard, desk, chair and TV): 37,50 per month (Some rooms have all the furnishing included!)
• Cleaning (1 x week, all shared facilities): 60,00 per month. these costs can be undone if tennants clean these facilities themself.
